About the Role: Community Agent
As a Community Agent, you’ll be working directly with your neighbors—homeowners, renters, families—listening to their needs, educating them about the available state and federal programs that can improve their lives. Programs include:
Home improvement assistance
Energy efficiency programs
Affordable connectivity initiatives
And more...
Your Day-to-Day:
You’ll engage with the community using a variety of outreach methods, including:
Door-to-door outreach
Local events
Phone calls
Social media
Other creative strategies...
