At Barbershop Billboards, we’re building a network of digital screens inside barbershops and salons that connect local businesses directly with their community. Our first goal is to onboard 100 venues — and you’ll play a key role in making that happen. We know not everyone has the time or resources to commit full-time, so we’ve built a flexible and rewarding way to make your effort worthwhile.
Purpose of the Initiative
The Venue Acquisition Partner Initiative rewards individuals who help us identify, approach, and sign up new barbershop or salon locations for Barbershop Billboards. This team will be instrumental in launching our initial network and laying the foundation for future growth.
Compensation Structure
We want to make sure your time and energy are rewarded in meaningful ways:
1. Upfront Incentive: A small cash incentive will be provided for each qualified venue that signs up and completes installation. This payment is designed to offset time and travel costs.
2. Revenue Share: You’ll receive a percentage of ad revenue generated by your acquired venues for the first six months of operation. This ensures that your success continues to pay off as the network grows.
3. Equity Opportunity: Top contributors who demonstrate consistent performance may be invited to receive small equity allocations in Barbershop Billboards, recognizing your foundational role in our early expansion.
Your Role and Expectations
• Identify and approach barbershops and salons that would benefit from hosting a Barbershop Billboard.
• Explain the benefits clearly — our service costs venues nothing and enhances their customer experience.
• Submit signed agreements and assist with coordinating installation logistics.
• Communicate feedback from shop owners to help us refine our pitch and support process.
Support and Resources
You won’t be doing this alone. We’ll provide talking points, pitch decks, sample videos, and onboarding support to help you succeed. Our team is available to assist with any questions and ensure smooth communication with venues.

Every barbershop or salon we sign on becomes more than just an advertising venue — it becomes a community beacon for awareness and safety. Participating shops will display digital posters of missing children on their in-store screens, helping raise visibility in neighborhoods nationwide while showcasing the power of local business networks to do good.
