Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performance team. This is an onsite, phone-based sales role focused on engaging small and mid-sized business owners, presenting our payment processing solutions, and closing deals. If you’re motivated by commission and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries from business owners seeking information on our credit card processing and equipment solutions.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads, qualifying prospects and identifying key decision-makers.
Understand client pain points and recommend the most effective payment processing solutions (POS, terminals, dual pricing, etc.).
Manage the full sales cycle—from the first contact to closing—while ensuring a positive client experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in our CRM system..
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of experience in high-volume telephone sales
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Consultative sales approach with a drive to close
Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented
CRM experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $25/hour ($45,500 annually)
