Single, male, late-30s, work full-time in transportation looking for a TEMPORARY unfurnished (or relatively empty) room and/or studio for March-June. I live in Briarwood currently, and the owners of my place have decided to gut-renovate from MARCH to JUNE. Looking essentially for a place to stay while the work is being done. Because of my job, I need to be relatively close to transit/LIRR. I have no pets of my own but I don't mind if you have (I love doggos 🐶 and cars 🐱). Prefer to have kitchen and/or kitchen access (for meal prep/lunch) and wi-fi available but not a must.
Prefer Queens (due to proximity to my current place) but open to BK/Manhattan/Western LI as well.
