It’s the biggest room in the apartment, bright with two windows, a walk-in closet, and enough space for a double bed and a desk.
The apartment is in a quiet, safe residential area, right across from Lawrence Virgilio Playground. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the 7 train at 52nd St, and a short walk to the R, M, and E trains or the LIRR. There are plenty of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby on Skillman Avenue.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two working professionals in our early 30s, we keep the place clean, relaxed, and respectful, and we’re looking for someone responsible, easygoing, and mindful of shared spaces. The room currently has a single bed, which can be removed if needed.
Rent is $1,150 per month, including all utilities. Move-in requires the first month’s rent plus a security deposit equal to one month.
