Hello! We are looking to fill a vacant room and a shared bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a new 3-story apartment building.
We are a Latino couple 39/40 yrs looking for a roommate to rent our vacant room with bathroom to share with one person. We are both professionals looking for someone with similar qualities. Potential candidate must be able to hold a STEADY income to be able to pay rent and bills on time and must not work from home. It is important to us that we keep a very honest and open communication with our potential roommate, so the ideal candidate should be easygoing, quiet, relaxed, honest, not an partier and CLEAN. Please note that if cleaning frequently and after yourself when using the kitchen and living room area is not part of your habit, then we won't be a match. Please note, the living room is not a shared space. Only the kitchen and the bathroom are.
The room is available starting October 1, 2026 or soon after. Rent is $1,200.00. We are asking for 1st month's rent and full month security deposit. Utilities not included. Utilities range from $100-110 each per month (gas, internet and electricity). The apartment and building are in great condition. The apartment features a balcony & separate shower and toilet. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and stores/cafes/rest within short distance.
