Looking for someone to take over my lease in Queens Plaza, Long Island City.
The building is located just off Queens Plaza North meaning great connections to the whole of NYC. With the E/M/R running from Queens Plaza (3 min walk) and 7/N/W from Queensboro Plaza (5 min walk). There is also the F running from 21 St-Queensbridge (10 min walk). The apartment is on the top floor of a 5th floor walk up.
The room itself it bright and airy with 2 large windows providing lots of a light and a spot for the AC unit, double wide cupboard for storage and the fire escape is also from your room too. The rest of the apartment is basic and furnished with the other rooms mate possessions.
Roommate is a 30-year-old male music teacher who works from the office. Leading to a pretty quiet flat most of the day and early evenings. I am moving out as I am moving in with my partner.
Rent is $2000. The sublease runs until 30th of June 2026. You will have to speak with the person I am subletting from to arrange everything, however at the end of the sublease you will be able to fully take over if you wish.
