There are a variety of rooms including both shared and private, available at our Guesthouse in Queens.

You are welcome to stay for both short & long term.

- **Daily Rates:**
- Shared Rooms: $35 - $45
- Private Rooms: $60 - $85

- **Weekly Rates:**
- Shared Rooms: $195 - $295
- Private Rooms: $350 - $600

Rates vary based on room size and features.

All rooms are furnished and include utilities. There is no deposit, credit check, or broker fee. Free WiFi is available, and each room has its bathroom. A shared kitchen is also provided. We are just 25 minutes away from Midtown Manhattan by train (R & M), located in Queens, NYC.

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
