We have small unfurnished Br in 3br/1bt available from December 5th or December 15th.
Our apartment is conveniently located in Astoria. Both 30th av and Astoria blvd station on N/W train station is about 8~12min. There are Q18, Q19, Q69, Q100, Q102 bus stops withn few min from us.
The room is about 8 x 10 with good size closet. There is no window, but it comed with ceiling fan.
You'll be living with two roommate. One female and male. We're friendly, and easy going
We're looking for someone long term(6month +), responsible, mature, friendly, easy going, Non-smoker, no pets, and don't bring party home.
The rent is $540 per month which includes wifi. ConEd is about $50. You need one month deposit and December pro-rate to move in.
