Hi everyone! I am looking for a roommate for a lease take over (credit check will be done by the realtor) and to take over the bigger room in my two bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens by February 1, 2026 (5 min walk to Broadway stop (N/W) and an 8 min walk to Steinway stop (R/M)). The total rent is currently $2500 and all utilities come out to a little under $100. Currently my roommate and I have a $1100/$1400 rent split as his room is bigger. I do have a cat that typically wanders the apartment when I’m at work but usually is in my room with me when I’m home (No additional pets please). Please see the photos for pictures of my roommates room and aforementioned cat. (Her name is Sunny!)
