This is NOT a job for someone who wants to stand around on their phone all day. We need someone who can stay busy, move quickly, communicate properly, and help maintain a strong customer experience from open to close.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases
• Maintaining a clean and organized store
• Restocking inventory and keeping displays updated
• Helping with inventory management and daily operations
• Working with the team to keep the store running smoothly
• Proper communication with management and coworkers
• Handling fast-paced situations and problem solving on the spot
• Staying productive during downtime
Requirements:
• Must have open availability
• Must live nearby or within a reasonable commuting distance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must be able to think quickly and solve problems
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Cannabis knowledge is a plus, but work ethic matters more
• Must be 21+
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works with urgency, and understands that every customer experience matters.
