Quinn Florist, a well-established flower shop in Astoria with over 50 years in business, is looking for a Store Manager to lead daily operations and help grow the business.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for managing the shop, overseeing staff, maintaining product quality, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day store operations
Manage and train staff
Handle customer service and order issues
Maintain floral and plant quality standards
Coordinate inventory, ordering, and merchandising
Execute and improve systems for efficiency and sales
Requirements:
Prior experience in a florist shop strongly preferred
Solid knowledge of fresh flowers and plants
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions
