Young female currently seeking part time employment (20-29 hours a week) as an admin assistant, personal assistant, executive assistant or office manager.
I have 8 years experience as an office a manger and 7 years experience as a personal assistant.
Some of my skills are calendar management, event planning, travel arrangements, personal shopping, cooking, running errands, and have experience with quickbooks and Microsoft products. I am bilingual (Spanish and English), punctual, reliable, quick thinker and quick on my feet. I am very organized and a great communicator. I love making people’s lives run smoother by taking care of their needs, schedules, and tasks.
I have managed a group of people at an office setting, and have planned corporate and private events as well. I strive for excellence and try to be a few steps ahead to help people’s lives run smoother.
