Seeking employment as independent construction owners representative / head of construction / senior PM.
38 years experience in the private sector from foundation to finish including cost estimating and analysis, project management and timeline, overseeing and accountability of trade contractors, gathering multiple costs from suppliers, collaborating with architects, engineers, agencies and utility companies in the multiple housing, commercial, institutional and hospitality sectors. Knowledge of NYC DOB zoning codes, can help you identify potential properties for development that are feasible based on demographics and investments. Have performed some public work projects in the past but ideally not my cup of tea.
Prefer remote and or independent work as 1099. No insurance required as I carry my own. Willing to discuss and negotiate salary or Per Diem and or bonus for builder/developer upon early execution of project(s). If it’s a position to be onsite I’d rather only work in the NYC areas (except Staten Island), Nassau & Suffolk Counties. The years of traveling long distances (out of state) are not for me anymore.
