Duties & Responsibilities
· Answer phone calls, Take detailed messages. Transfer calls as necessary.
· Email customers detailed information
Set up invoices to get mailed out, or emailed.
· Place orders for Office supplies
Call customers for payment
· Schedule APPOINTMENTS
