Apostille Corp. is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant & Office Expediter to join our team. This unique role splits time between managing essential desk operations and handling outside document filings. The ideal candidate is organized, highly punctual, and comfortable navigating government offices across New York City.

Key Responsibilities:
Office & Desk Administration: Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to client email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Document Processing & Support: Manage filing systems, scan/photocopy sensitive legal documents, handle data entry, and send completed files via email.
Outside Courier/Errand Duties: Act as an efficient expediter to handle filings, authentications, and errands at various County Clerk and government offices throughout NYC.
Office Logistics: Maintain and order office supplies, schedule appointments, and coordinate daily tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Google Drive.
Core Strengths: Exceptional organizational skills, high punctuality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attributes: A reliable team player who works well under pressure and exhibits strong customer service skills.
Experience: Prior experience in document authentication, legal support, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
