We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our nonprofit organization in Queens.

Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails and postal mail.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Assist with scheduling, filing, and other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
