Position Summary:
The Secretary/Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, well-presented, and proficient in computer applications. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Maintain and update client records and project files
Fill out and process various forms and documentation
Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff
Greet clients and visitors with a professional demeanor
Assist with organizing meetings, preparing documents, and other office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
