Trading company is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves handling matters with our international customers, preparing invoices, filing documents, keeping records intact, and maintaining a well-organized system.
Responsibilities:
Communicate and collaborate with international customers to address inquiries and issues
Prepare and manage invoices for clients
Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records
Ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Assist in day-to-day tasks and organizational matters
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer relations role is preferred
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Chinese language skills are a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9am-5pm
