Job Title: Account Manager – Fire Sprinkler Services
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client relationships and coordinate fire sprinkler inspection and service activities. This role is critical in ensuring inspections are completed on time, deficiencies are addressed, and clients remain compliant with local fire codes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of commercial and residential client accounts
• Schedule and coordinate routine inspections and service calls
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding inspections, deficiencies, and compliance
• Review inspection reports and communicate findings clearly to clients
• Coordinate with field technicians and inspectors to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, communications, and account activity
• Build strong relationships with property managers, building owners, and facilities teams
Qualifications
