Hours 10 am-3 pm Mon-Fri and possibly Saturday 10 am-2 pm
Bilingual in English and Spanish. This includes reading, writing, and good grammar in both languages.
● Strong telephone skills and ability to work with clients and insurance companies.
● Experience in Microsoft products is necessary
● Prior Administrative Assistant/Receptionist experience is a must
● Must be able to present a solid, professional attitude towards clients, vendors, and insurance companies.
● Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate response.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
