I’m the owner of a growing professional services firm and I’m looking for a high-judgment, part-time Personal / Executive Assistant to support me directly.
This is not a generic virtual assistant or task-only admin role. It’s a focused role for someone who enjoys protecting an executive’s time, closing loops, and bringing order to a fast-moving environment.
Schedule
Part-time: 1–2 hours per weekday
Fixed daily window (to be agreed in advance)
Remote
Long-term preferred
This role will not work for someone looking for sporadic, on-demand tasks.
What You’ll Take Over (Core Responsibilities)
Inbox & Communication Control
Monitor inbox during your daily window
Sort messages by priority
Draft responses for scheduling, follow-ups, and admin matters
Flag only emails that truly require my decision
Track unanswered emails and chase responses
Calendar Ownership
Manage scheduling and rescheduling
Enforce calendar rules (buffers, no surprises)
Coordinate interviews, client calls, and internal meetings
Prepare me for meetings (who / why / outcome)
Follow-Ups & Loop-Closing
Track everything I say “I’ll follow up on”
Track what others promise to send
Follow up proactively so nothing falls through the cracks
Maintain a simple “waiting on” list
Task Capture & Organization
Convert messages, voice notes, and emails into clear tasks
Maintain a running task list for me
Ask clarifying questions when needed
Close loops
Document & Information Organization
Organize drafts, notes, and documents
Maintain basic version control
Retrieve information quickly when needed
Light Personal Admin (secondary)
Appointments
Reminders
Occasional logistics or research
You will not be expected to make strategic decisions — but you will be expected to think, prioritize, and follow through independently.

Experience supporting founders, executives, or partners
Prior Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience
Comfort owning inboxes and calendars independently

Compensation
$30–40/hour, based on experience
Paid trial period before longer-term commitment
