We are a busy and fast-paced small business located in Astoria, Queens, seeking a reliable, experienced, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Administrator to join our team! This is an in-person position with frequent walk-in traffic, phone inquiries, and daily scheduling needs.
We are looking for a serious, long-term staff member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phone inquiries and help around the office
Ensure office is set up to run smoothly by supporting staff and clients
Provide general administrative support to management
Keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Prior office/admin experience (required)
Valid driver’s license (required)
Excellent multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills
Dependable, professional, and friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Details:
Part-time / Full-time position
Pay: $17 to $21/hour, based on experience and skill level
Location: Astoria, Queens – in-person role
