This kit and all the hardware is in like new condition and amazingly complete and original. I believe I'm the 3rd owner as the original owner traded it in and I bought it from the store that got it. The one tom has a ding in it (see picture), and there is a bit of surface rust on the 16" rim, which I rubbed with some aluminum foil - see before and after. Otherwise I would say the paint finish is near flawless, and all of the chrome outstanding, especially since these are at least over 20 years old. All original heads as well. Doubt you can find a kit this complete, and in such excellent shape. If you know you know.
The mounts on all 4 tom/cymbal stands are triple headed and with all the boom arms and hardware it's like having a rack system without the rack. Everything is double-braced except for the boom stand and throne.
The Peavey throne was added later to complete as all Peavey but is in less than mint shape than the rest of the hardware and not original to the kit.
I bought these at the end of 2021 (10 hour drive round trip) as this was to become my main studio and recording kit. Unfortunately plans changed and resigned to the fact it's never going to happen at this point. Have to clear out all but the bare essentials.
update: I'm told this was made in the US and not Taiwan.
