1x12 closed back speaker cabinet. Used for a few shows but mostly at home, decent sound for what it is, comes with four screws to mount the speaker and the speaker cover pictured. Pretty good shape, material is plywood or particle board (can't tell) but it held the speaker pretty well and did its job.
