$100/ month for weekdays between the hours of 12a - 6p, and Fri-Sun 9p - 12p.

All other hours $150/month.

Bands are allowed 3 hrs/week, solo practice a maximum of 6 hrs/week.

5 min walk from L train. Some storage space available. Flexibility and occasional additional hours available with advance communication.

Room is 11x9 and can fit up to 5 people.

Equipment includes:

Roland guitar/keyboard amp 80W
Vox guitar amp 20W
Boss Katana guitar amp 50W
Fender Rumble bass amp 40W
1 Mic with stand and cables
8 Channel mixer and speakers
5 piece Tama Superstar drumset (bring your own snare, cymbals, and kick pedal. Can be stored in room).

Current availability:
Sunday: 8pm-11pm
Monday: Before 12pm, 3pm-6pm, after 8pm
Tuesday: Before 2pm, 4:30pm-6pm, after 11pm
Wednesday: Before 11am, 4pm-6pm, after 8pm
Thursday: Before 11am, 2pm-7pm, after 10pm
Friday: Before 2pm, 4pm-7pm, after 10pm
Saturday: 5pm and after
