Finback is seeking a reliable, detail oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Queens facility. The warehouse assistant will work with Warehouse Coordinator to maintain warehouse operations, inventory, cleaning and upkeep, receiving and shipping, supporting self-distro operations; and from time to time assisting in production and packaging. This role is an integral position that touches upon our entire operations and facilities, with broad opportunities to work with a diverse and talented team as we grow the brand and continue to develop a dynamic manufacturing experience.
Candidates should be excellent communicators, able to multi-task and work independently to complete tasks assigned to them. Candidates with forklift experience a plus, and be safety minded and able to work full shifts on their feet. We hope to find an exceptional person to join our team for the long term to help grow what we do as well as make a positive contribution to our creative brewing operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in facilities operations and inventory management
- Receiving and shipping
- Warehouse organization, cleaning and upkeep
- Able to clearly communicate and work with production and sales teams to manage inventory
- Assist delivery team and self-distribution operations
- Driving and deliveries on occasion (clean NY driving license required)

• Meet physical demands of warehouse operations; able to lift 50# unassisted and enjoys working on their feet, able to multi-task
• Forklift experience and certification a plus
• Cleaning and detail oriented
• Previous warehouse experience, brewery, delivery or similar experience a plus
