The praying picture has faded, but not the composite frame. Not sure of the material. Definitely not wood.

Inside measurement is 15.5" x 19.5". Outside measures 18" x 22". The frame is 1/2" thick. The paper backing needs to be replaced, but it's good DIY if you have something you want to frame. There is no clear/glass cover.
