About the Role:
We are a growing business looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. This is a remote role perfect for a proactive individual who excels at managing customer data, creating simple yet effective marketing materials, and executing email campaigns. You will play a key role in helping us connect with our customers through targeted communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Data Management: Gather, organize, and segment our customer contact list into specific zip codes for targeted marketing campaigns.

Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and send out monthly email blasts, reminders, special offers, and promotional announcements using Microsoft Outlook and other tools.

Content Creation: Design simple, engaging flyers, email templates, and other marketing collateral for our monthly letters and special offers. (Experience with Canva, Adobe Spark, or basic Word/PowerPoint is ideal).

Campaign Execution: Assist in managing the end-to-end process of our monthly direct mail and email campaigns.

List Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of our customer database.

Who You Are:

You are an organized self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.

You have a keen eye for detail, especially when working with data and lists.

You possess excellent written communication skills.

You are proficient with Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).

You have experience with or a quick ability to learn basic design tools for creating flyers and emails (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

You are reliable, responsive, and can meet deadlines.

Previous experience in a marketing, administrative, or virtual assistant role is a plus.
