NVS Visuals is growing — and we’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to grow with us.
We are a full in-house fabrication, visual production, and mobile experiential studio. We design, print, fabricate, wrap, staff, price, permit, and execute everything under one roof. From branded food trucks and mobile tours to large-scale fabrication and event graphics, our projects are rarely the same twice.
Our clients include producers, ad agencies, experiential agencies, and direct brand clients. We work with big names. We move fast. And we need someone who thrives in that environment.
This is an in-office position in NYC.
What You’ll Be Doing:
/ This is not a “sit back and forward emails” job. This is a doer role. /
You’ll assist with:
- Building detailed quotes and scopes of work
- Client communication (emails, calls, follow-ups)
- Managing timelines across fabrication, print, and mobile activations
- Coordinating with our in-house production team
- Tracking budgets, change orders, and deliverables
- Supporting sales conversations with accurate pricing and production insight
- Following projects from initial inquiry through final execution
Some days you’ll be pricing vinyl wraps.
Some days you’ll be coordinating a mobile tour across multiple cities.
Some days you’ll be troubleshooting a fabrication challenge hours before install.
Every day is different.
Who This Is For:
We are looking for someone with experience in:
- Event production
- Print production
- Fabrication production
- Scenic / experiential build environments
Or agency-side production management
You should be:
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Organized but adaptable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Calm under pressure
- Willing to learn (because almost every project is different)
- Not afraid of new or unfamiliar challenges
- Proactive — not waiting to be told what to do

What It’s Really Like:

You’ll see projects go from sketch to fabrication floor to full public activation. You’ll work directly with designers, printers, fabricators, installers, drivers, and clients. You’ll understand how things are actually built — not just how they’re presented in decks.

Requirements:
- 2–5+ years experience in production, experiential, print, or fabrication environments
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Budgeting and pricing comfort
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Highly organized under pressure
- Must be comfortable working in-office
Bonus if you:
- Understand large-format printing
- Have worked with experiential vehicles
- Have fabrication knowledge
- Have agency production experience
