I'm looking recruit a high school stock market team (Wharton Stock competition, YIS) and various business challenges (Diamond, Blue Ocean, Paradigm, NFTE)
I mentor students in scientific olympiads (chemistry, math, biology, physics), financial competitions (stocks) and entrepreneurship (diamond challenge). I also have a cancer genomics and bioinformatics team working on mulitiple projects. Please ask.

Our coders write mainly games in Python using Pygame (coin collector, shoot the fruit)

We can go over the basic 5 steps in the investment process: 1) Investor characteristics - goals (how much money you want to make), duration (in what time period), capital (how much $$ to invest and when), time (to research and in the market), risk tolerance etc; 2) investment vehicles - stocks, bonds, estate, derivatives, etc; 3) investment strategy - portfolio construction and allocation, high growth vs dividend, money market account, etc; 4) investment implementation - when to buy and how much, ; 5) monitoring and exit (when to sell completely, or take in profits). Below is a deal with one client
This Investment Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of October 28, 2025 (“Start
Date”) by and between: Client/Investor: Jocelyn DiPalma
Fund Manager: Roland Tran (also known as “Giam”)
1. Capital Investment
The Client agrees to deposit a total capital investment of $2,500 (“Capital”) for investment management
by the Fund Manager.
2. Management Fee (2%)
The Client shall pay a management fee equal to 2% of the Capital, totaling $50, to the Fund Manager.
This fee is due on the Start Date and is nonnrefundable.
3. Performance Fee (25% of Profits)
The Fund Manager shall be entitled to a performancenbased fee equal to 25% of net profits generated
from the Capital during the investment period. Net profits shall be calculated as the total value of the
investment minus the original $2,500 Capital amount.
4. Investment Period
The investment period begins on October 28, 2025, and ends on October 28, 2026 (“End Date”).
5. Profit Distribution
All profits shall be calculated and distributed to the parties within 7 days after the End Date. The Fund
Manager shall receive 25% of profits, and the Client shall receive the remaining 75%.
6. Risk Acknowledgment
The Client acknowledges that all investments carry risk, including potential loss of capital. The Fund
Manager does not guarantee profits or returns of any kind.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction
mutually agreed upon by both parties.
8. Entire Agreement
This document represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal
or written understandings.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties agree to the terms above as of the Start Date.

I have tutored for more than 6 years working with all ages, from kindergarten through college graduate level. Also, assistance offered helping to write or edit research papers, essays, letters, scripts, screenplays, novels, short stories, and legal or other professional documents.
About me: I'm a researcher/phD candidate at the California Technical Institute in the Department of Chemistry. My bachelor's degree is in Chemistry & Biochemistry (2013) and a masters coursework in Analytical Chemistry (2014). I have worked as a scientist at various companies and academic institutions.
My rate is $50 for one hour ($50/hr), $280 for 8 hours ($35/hr), $360 for 12 hours ($30/hr), and $500 for 20hr ($25/hr). These deals must be completed in a specific amount of time. This includes travel to your home, local library or local coffee shop. Outside a 10-mile radius, a small surcharge may apply. Buy more, save more. Comparable tutors charge anywhere from $55-70/hr so there is big savings with me. I can also work with you remotely from my home via email, webcam, skype or Google docs for a $30-35/hour flat rate.
