About us: We are seeking a junior or entry-level paralegal to work primarily on family and divorce matters, with some general litigation. This is a solo practitioner's office that handles mostly family, divorce, and immigration law. We have a very positive, team-based office dynamic.

About you: You MUST be fluent in Spanish and English, organized, professional, and proficient in Word and Adobe-Acrobat. We are willing to train an entry-level person if you have the above skills and are the right fit for the office.

Compensation: Salary DOE, plus annual performance bonus.
0 years experience: $41,600-$50,000 ($20-$24), depending on education level
1-2 years of experience: $52,000/year ($25/hr), plus bonus
2-3 years: $60,320/year ($29/hr), plus bonus
3+ years: $65,000/year ($31.25/hr), plus bonus

OT available. Paid vacation time available. We close the office for federal and state holidays. We are a small but growing office and hope to offer benefits in the future.
