Showercrafters is a family-owned business whose reputation is built on its unrivaled expertise in custom glass and frameless shower door manufacturing and installation. We’re seeking an Installation Assistant to join our growing team!
This position will take direction and guidance from the Installation Leader to ensure a quality and timely installation for our customers, while being an important representative of our company brand.
Essential job responsibilities
-Bring in drop cloths to customers home or work location
-Bring in all tools and glass to work location
-Keep truck clean, orderly, and free of debris
-Restock truck supplies
-Meet with installation leader prior to leaving for the day and review daily plan
-Load and unload trucks
-Assist installation leader with all installation related needs
-Drive trucks for pickup and deliveries
-Assist in the shop where and when needed
-Assist shop manager and assistants when working in the shop
Minimum Qualifications
-Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
-Able to operate under pressure, meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize workload and capacity to multitask
