A&E Brothers Construction / A&E Millwork is looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee active residential and commercial renovation projects.
We are seeking someone who is organized, professional, hands-on, and capable of managing projects from start to finish while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing day-to-day job site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and crews
• Scheduling materials and deliveries
• Ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget
• Communicating with clients, designers, and vendors
• Quality control and attention to detail
• Reading plans/drawings and solving field issues
• Overseeing custom millwork and finish work installations
Requirements:
• Strong construction knowledge
• Experience managing renovation projects
• Must be extremely organized and reliable
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must have transportation
• Experience with high-end residential work is a major plus
