Position:** Temporary Building Porter (Vacation Relief)
Schedule:** 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Wed Sat Off )
Pay:** $21.00 per hour
Start:** Immediate
Duration:** Through the mid September (Vacation Relief), with the possibility of future temporary or permanent opportunities.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Building Porter** to provide vacation relief at a residential building in Flushing, Queens.
**Duties include:**
* Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including the lobby, hallways, stairwells, laundry room, and building entrances.
* Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and removing trash and recycling.
* Keeping sidewalks and exterior areas clean.
* Performing light maintenance tasks as assigned.
* Reporting maintenance issues to management.
* Providing excellent service to residents.
**Qualifications:**
* Prior porter, janitorial, or residential building maintenance experience preferred.
* Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
* Authorized to work in the United States.
**Compensation:** $21.00 per hour.
This is a **vacation relief position** with the potential for future temporary or permanent employment as openings become available.
