Job responsibilities include removing trash and recyclables, shoveling snow, sweeping sidewalk, mopping stairwell and landings, wiping down glass surfaces and handrails, providing access to building to contractors, fire alarm inspectors and repair personnel. Must be able to take out trash after 6 pm on Mondays and Thursday evenings and return trash bins on Tuesday and Friday mornings every week. Must be available to work weekends in the event of emergencies. Average number of expected work hours per week is 10.
