We are looking for an experienced and reliable Handyman to help prepare and maintain a residential property for Airbnb rental.
This is immediate work and may become ongoing for the right person.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Close off stair/door access area between floors
* Basic carpentry and repair work
* Check and troubleshoot air conditioning units
* Install/test remote controls and batteries
* Deep cleaning assistance and property preparation
* Pool maintenance and weekly cleaning
* Light painting, touch-up, and general repairs
* Make property guest-ready for Airbnb rentals
* Help organize and maintain the property
REQUIREMENTS
* Must have handyman experience
* Must know basic tools and repairs
* Must be reliable and punctual
* Must be able to work independently
* Experience with Airbnb/rental property preparation is a plus
* Pool maintenance experience preferred
* Must keep work area clean and professional
LOCATION
