Our studio rental company is looking to add new team members to our New York team! We are hiring for two separate part-time positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Facilities Maintenance/Cleaning Staff

-Customer Service Representative-
Shifts are typically between 8AM-3PM and 3PM-11 PM (but can fall outside these guidelines)
Main duties include:
* Ensuring a seamless and positive client experience (in-person and remote assistance)
* Maintaining clean, neat, and organized workplace
* Positive and timely communication with the rest of the team
* This is a hybrid position that requires travel between our four locations during a shift (Brooklyn & Queens)
-Facilities Maintenance & Cleaning Staff-
Shifts are scheduled between 7PM and 1AM (depending on the amount of work needed to be done at the end of the day)
Main duties include:
* Preparing and resetting studio spaces for clients for the next day (wipe, sweep, mop, paint etc.)
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization in studios, bathrooms, and common areas
* Facilities and equipment upkeep
* Assisting with moving supplies and basic maintenance tasks
* This position requires travel between our locations during a shift
Qualifications (for both positions):
* Ability to work efficiently and independently
* Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and organized
* Reliable transportation or ability to commute between several locations
* Local candidates preferred (especially those near or between Brooklyn and Queens)
* Team player with a flexible schedule (weekend availability is a must)
* Able to lift, bend, carry, reach, and squat as needed
* Willingness to follow instructions and support the rest of the team
* Be able to follow instructions and accept feedback
