We are hiring a full-time Maintenance & Receiving Associate for our bakery manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on split role that combines receiving, inventory and departmental supply distribution (POP), and maintenance support responsibilities.
We are looking for someone dependable, organized, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Receiving deliveries and verifying inventory
Logging temperatures and maintaining food safety records
Operating a forklift and pallet jacks
Pulling and distributing supply requests to departments
Organizing inventory and maintaining stock areas
Assisting with facility maintenance and repairs
Changing filters, replacing rack wheels, painting, and general handyman tasks
Following all food safety and workplace safety procedures
Requirements:
Forklift experience required
Basic math skills required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Weekend availability required
Ability to read, write, and follow food safety and safety procedures
Maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
Warehouse, manufacturing, bakery, or food production experience preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish highly preferred
Schedule:
Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
One early shift per week starting at 4:00 AM
Weekend availability required
Pay:
$20–$22/hour based on experience
