We are looking for a reliable and experienced Live-In Building Superintendent for a well-maintained residential property in Queens or Upper Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform daily maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
Respond to tenant requests and building emergencies
Keep common areas clean and presentable
Coordinate with contractors and service providers
Maintain building logs and support inspections
Requirements:
Technology literate – able to use smartphone, email, and basic apps or computer tasks
Prior experience as a superintendent or maintenance tech
Strong knowledge of basic building systems and repairs
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Must live on-site (apartment included)
Legal work authorization in the U.S.
