Responsible & Quiet Tenant Seeks Queens Apt/Room for 10/1 - $1150 (Queens)

Hello,

I am posting on behalf of my wonderful aunt who is urgently seeking a new home for an October 1st move-in date (or sooner). Following a recent life transition, she is looking for a home that aligns with her current lifestyle. She is an exceptionally stable tenant with a history of taking excellent care of her properties. She is quiet, kind, and looking for a peaceful and safe place to call home.

Our Housing Search:

- Move-in Date: As soon as possible. Ideally by September 30th, no later than October 1st.
- Ideal Housing: We are looking for a 1-bedroom apartment.
- Also Open To: A spacious private room that includes a private (not shared) bathroom and access to a clean, well-maintained kitchen.
- Budget: Up to about $1150/month
- Location: Queens, with convenient access to public transportation.
- Lease Term: She is ideally looking for a stable, long-term home. However, she is also open to a shorter-term lease that extends through the spring (e.g., until May/June 2026).

About the Tenant:

My aunt is the ideal tenant you hope for. She is a non-smoker with no pets, and she takes immaculate care of her living space. As she values a quiet lifestyle, she is incredibly respectful of her neighbors and her home.

What We're Looking For in a Landlord/Property:

We are hoping to find a well-maintained property managed by a responsive and respectful landlord. A positive and communicative landlord-tenant relationship is very important to us. Again, while the ideal situation is a long-term lease, we are also open to a shorter-term arrangement that would last through the winter and into the spring (approx. 6-8 months).

If you have a suitable apartment or room and are looking for a truly wonderful, drama-free tenant who will treat your property with care and respect, we would be very grateful to hear from you.

Please reply to this post with details about your available unit, including photos, the general neighborhood/cross-streets, and the best way to contact you.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Scammers need not respond (get a conscience).
