Hi there, I am renting out a room with its own private bathroom for $1,200.00 utilities included plus WiFi. This room has its own private entrance so it was previously used as an office. Can be used as an office or living space. Perfect for a student as we’re located right near Queens college.
Very quiet, big closet, spacious bathroom, doesn’t have a kitchen but a hot plate can be used.
