We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist or Supervising Pharmacist to join our independently owned and growing community pharmacy in Whitestone, Queens. We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about patient care, pharmacy operations, and helping build a strong presence within the community.

Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications and provide counseling to patients
Ensure compliance with all New York State Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and regulatory requirements
Oversee pharmacy workflow and maintain safe and efficient operations
Provide medication therapy management and patient consultations
Work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff
Manage inventory, controlled substances, and medication storage requirements
Assist with insurance processing and resolving claim issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records and pharmacy documentation
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist in New York State (required)
Supervising Pharmacist eligibility preferred (or willingness to become supervising pharmacist)
Strong knowledge of pharmacy law and compliance standards
Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced independent pharmacy environment
Experience with pharmacy management systems preferred
