Physical Therapy Office is seeking Full time receptionist. Looking for someone willing to grow. Detail-oriented, hard-working, with positive attitude, friendly and caring for patients, and able to multitask. Computer skills. Please send resume with cover letter.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Must have excellent organizational, communication and inter-personal skills.
• Schedules patient appointments in person and over the phone
• Pulling and filing of medical charts
• Promote and maintain professional work environment
• Perform general clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, data entry, filing, etc.)
• Verifies patient insurance prior to appointment
• Obtains insurance authorization as needed for evaluations and initial evaluations, continue of treatments
• Prepares treatment room for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Assists patients by applying heat packs; paraffin dips; helping patients onto exercise equipment.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Provides equipment and supplies by sterilizing and delivering equipment and supplies to treatment area; positioning equipment for therapist access; positioning patient on equipment.
• Must be proactive and self-motivated.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience with front desk medical office and billing a plus!
Compensation based on experience.
Job Type: Full Time(Mon to Fri 9:00 to 5:30PM)
