Details:
Most of the furniture items were bought from Macy’s, with a few exceptions: HDTV (PC Richard’s), bed (Sleepy’s), dining/end tables (Futonland), and wine cabinet (Amazon).
All pieces are approximately 5 years old and in very good condition.
The coffee table is about 9 years old and has a small, barely noticeable nick on the right edge corner (per the photo, it’s in very good condition).
Total retail value is over $13k — selling everything together for $3,700.
Full set of golf clubs (older set, but included and must go with the lot).

Must take everything together from the storage unit.
