Handcrafted Quality - Biltwell is constructed from Northwest hardwoods, recycled metal springs and locally poured foam which allows us to build a high quality product while reducing our carbon footprint.
Castellano, the parent company of Biltwell Furniture, is a family owned business and our roots run deep in the Northwest. They use alder wood that comes from the Northwest and the foam is made is right here in Portland. The springs are made from recycled steel and use batting material made from recycled drink bottles. All of the manufacturing waste is either reused or recycled.
Every piece they build is a part of their legacy. For over 40 years, Castellano Custom Furniture has been a symbol of family, craftsmanship, and community. Founded by Stefano Castellano, the family-run business is now proudly operated by three generations of Castellanos.
