I am looking to sell our timeshare. We own every ODD YEAR with Westgate Place, Orlando, FL - International Drive
We paid $6,500. The value of it now is $10,000. Maintenance is about $900 every ODD year / or $450 every year
Every Jan. 2 (odd year) you would get 1 week. Taxes got paid in 2022 so they need to get paid again in 2024
**Within 10 mins from Disney/Universal/Seaworld**

We do not travel nearly as much as we used to and have several timeshares.
