Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome, Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items, ls
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system, Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns, Clear and reset tables quickly,
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service, Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area
Requirements: Prior experience in a server or waitstaff role, Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset,
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, NYC Food Handler’s Permit a plus
