MUST HAVE NYC DOH CERTIFICATE
You will:
Prep and portion ingredients for our small plates and snacks
Label, date, and store products according to DOH standards
Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
Restock plates, glassware, and supplies throughout service
Help with receiving and organizing deliveries, trash, and recycling
You:
Some café/restaurant prep or BOH experience (preferred)
Comfortable with basic knife skills and food safety
Hardworking, organized, and team-oriented
Able to lift 25+ lbs and be on your feet
Flexible schedule, $17/hr, 40 hrs/ week
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
