● Shift Supervisor (LGA, $22/hr.) (Lead shifts with confidence and ensure operational standards are consistently met, Provide coaching, support, and direction to team members, Deliver warm, friendly, and respectful service to every guest)
● Assistant Restaurant Manager (JFK, $65k / yr.) (Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience required. Minimum 1-year Full-Service (with bar) restaurant management experience required. Culinary background is desirable, Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, Ability to interact at all levels, including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members. Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports, HSD/ GED, associate’s degree)
● Restaurant General Manager (JFK, $65k/yr.)
( Minimum 3 years as a Quick-Service Restaurant GM required, GM level experience highly required, Ability to manage high-volume, multi-priority environments, Comfortable using POS systems, MS Office, and operational tools, Strong financial and operational skills)
● Line Cook (JFK, $21.90 / hour. ) (One year experience working in food service environment.
High school diploma, preferred. Verbal and written communication is essential. Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests and take orders. Basic mathematical skills.
Food handlers permit, as required by law.
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long period of time)
●Prep Cook (LGA, $20.50 / Hr.) (Follow the recipes, checks the portion of the recipes, the garnishes and present the dishes ordered.
Have the correct and adequate set up in the kitchen / workstation at each shift. This includes making orders, storing, storing all fresh, dry, frozen goods, condiments, and supplies. Preparation and assembly of multiple portions of food items in batches.
